Subscription Notification RetreaveNotification ValueState

Hello

We have third party companyt which putting data from SmartConnector. They have now changed that subsription will be done to 50 items per subsription. Then they will create subsription, create notification, get notification items, delete notifications and then delete subsription. After that they will require next 50 items. Total of 5500 items are pulled from SmartConnector.

Now the problem is that some reason notification retrieveNotifications will have ValueState:1 and Value:null. So there is no real data in response. ValueState can be ['Good', 'Uncertain', 'Forced', 'Offline', 'Error']. 

Why this response have 'Uncertain' ValueState.

I also noticed that in System/Modules/CWSServer/Subscription/id have around 100 notifications activated. I asked limit before, but is this relaited to valuestate uncertain ?
