It's difficult to say from this screen capture alone. Could you also include a copy of your logfile, from %SystemDrive%\ProgramData\SmartConnector\Logs directory?
As a first step, have you checked that your SQL instance is running and that SmartConnector is configured to connect correctly?
There are also a couple of troubleshooting tips in the user guide P77 (Section 9) Common Install Issues
