Smart Connector - Subscription to 1800 Points
Hi All,
A bit of a stretch asking here (I'm no smart connector expert) but we have deployed a solution here which uses smart connector to collect points from an a variety of AS-Ps with each AS-P having approx 1800 points.
Originally, the smart connector developed by the Smart Connector team would attempt to subscribe to these points in one go however all of the values would come back as offline with an error around missing ID list (attached)
We reduced the points down to around 1000 points and it worked no problem. We then decided to break these subscriptions down into multiple separate groups of subscriptions (groups of 500 points at a time).
when testing this, it looks like the first 500 points have come through but the remainder of the points still show "Offline" in the logs although I do not get the error message anymore.
I'm leaving it with the smart connector development team to look into however I was hoping to post here to see if anyone has experienced something similar / knows if there are any limitations that we should be aware of.
