Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the Smart Connector license (version 2.2.108), I created the license, through SmartConnector Server but I have an error (see attachment).
I created the license so many times and I've never had this problem.

The simple answer, is one of the licenses you need has expired. You can acknowledge that dialog and click the Setup-Licences page to see which one.
I assume it is not the framework license since production licences do not expire. However if you are using a development license (hopefully only on a dev machine since using those in production is not allowed), simply download an updated one from SmartConnector Server, remove the expired one from SmartConnector, and then add the new one to SmartConnector.
If a third party supplier or a SmartConnector Extension is using a license that has expired, you will need to contact that "vendor" for an updated license.

Hello Mark,
I created the new license (SmartConnectServer --> LicenseDepot --> Runtime(Developer)) but when I enter this new license on the SmartConnector, I have the above error. But if I enter the new license, how is it possible that the license has expired?

Did you delete the expired license(s)? I believe v2.2 had an issue with expired licenses that was fixed in 2.3

It appears that the last licenses you downloaded were 2.3 licenses. I would delete both of the ones you have shown there and then download a 2.2 license again.

But when I enter the fili.lic on the Smart Connector I have the same Issue.

Is this a new SmartConnector database?
If it is, or you don't care if you lose it. Try this:
1. Stop the SmartConnector service
2. Open a command prompt
3. Navigate to your SmartConnector install directory
4. type 'Mongoose.Utility.exe /DeleteDatabase' and press enter and wait for the command to finish
5. type 'Mongoose.Utility.exe /CreateDatabase' and press enter and wait for the command to finish
6. Start the SmartConnector service
7. Attempt to install license again

no, it's not a new Database (I created many licenses for this SmartConnector ) and unfortunately I can not lose it.
