Security Expert SmartConnector EWS State Offline State Online

Hello. We have problem with Security Expert SmartConnector We are reading 110 doors from ESE to EBO and all 107 doors are ok but 3 last doors Status is offline. Points that are not read are Status and Position. We have run discovery processor and nothing has changed.

EBO version is 3.2.3.59

SmartConnector: 2.4.38

ESE: 4.3.285.42

Anyone have idea how to troubleshoot this (if this is ESE or SmartConnector problem)?

We try to restart everything, run discovery processor and checked logs. Don't know how check smart connector extension version? (but we suppose it is 1.0.18.5)

Issue solved 

Probably issue was related to manually created doors. Related case number 90129390.

Issue was not corrected in 4.3.308.52. Manual database correction needed.
