SNMP Extension Smart connector

Hello Team,

We are installing Smart Connector software for testing SNMP communication from 3rd party to Automation Server-Premium.

Schneider Laptop Lenova make T470. Windows 10 Professional 64 bit OS.

SQL Server 2016 Express Service Pack 2 installed successfully prior to installing Smart Connector. 

Installed Smart Connector Software (SmartConnector-2.4.23.exe) on my Laptop successfully.

License of Smart Connector framework develop and SNMP extension successfully installed.

We are unable to start SNMP Processor configuration server . 

Pls find attached the error log file.

Can someone support here to start the SNMP Processor as we are unable to proceed further on EBO EWS.

I would start at the top and work you're way down the log. First error is that is says the license isn't the correct one for the SNMP Extension.  Fix that then check again.

Hello James,

Thanks for quick revert. But the SNMPExtension license file downloaded from the Marketplace https://www.smartconnectorserver.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2Fmarketplace

The validity is also for 30 days. Expiring on 17th April 2020. 

Kindly suggest if this is the correct license file ? If not which is the correct one ?? and where do i get it from ???
