Password Reset

Hello,

Does anyone know how to reset admin's password of SmartConnector? The project administrator changed the password and then forgot it......

I think the password should be reset after reinstall the SmartConnector, but is that means we will config it again? Is there any other way to get the password or reset it?

If you are still able to access the SmartConnector database you can reset from there. You will need to do a new installation on another machine, once completed if you then go into the user table you can see the encrypted password for the admin user with the credential which you would have set after your first login. You can copy and paste that credential into the site database and you should be able to login with that password.
