POST /Subscriptions/Create with dead-band parameter?

Hi,

Can SmartConnector R&D consider adding another parameter - "Dead-Band" for the  POST /Subscriptions/Create API?

The reason for this request is due a projects with ~30,000 EBO values or more, where 10% of the values changes very often. For example, the value may change from 1.0001 to 1.0002.

If this parameter will be implemented, the traffic between the EBO and the SmartConnector can be dramatically reduced.
