We're activating Smart Connector runtime and Oracle Opera PMS permanent license using EBO License Administrator and successfully added. But the Oracle Opera PMS permanent license seems not active on Smart Connector license tab. We added evaluation license to Smart Connector, because even with permanent licenses activated on EBO License Administrator we cannot add any processors before we add evaluation licenses. Now we already set-up all Smart Connector configuration and Opera PMS extension, but Opera PMS license status on Smart Connector licenses Tab seems not valid.
Here I attached picture from license admin and smart connector license tab. Is this normal or is there something that we miss on license activation process...?
