License without internet

I am looking for a systematic and detailed manual about how to manage and issue my license to to my customer for some project.

The problem I am facing now is I could only use SmartConnector web portal when with internet by installing my licence "Smart Connector 2.1 (Commercial).lic".

Anytime when there is no internet, the web page will keep asking me installing license and I can't install the previous used license.

How could I get a license installed to make it work without internet?, once again, expecting for more detailed manual about license management.

https://www.smartconnectorserver.com is the license management application for all SmartConnector licenses.  This includes runtime licenses as well as any license which you may optionally require for your Extensions.

Section 4.5 of the SmartConnector Installation and Configuration Guide (see https://www.smartconnectorserver.com/DownloadCenter/Contents/mongoose/v2.1) contains steps on how to install a Runtime license when your SmartConnector systems is either connected or not connected to the internet. 

For Extension licenses the installation approach is exactly the same; however it is the Extension developer's responsibility to manage license creation in their developer Tenant using www.smartconnectorserver.com.  Please review the FAQ at https://www.smartconnectorserver.com/Faq (specifically "How do I create a License").
