How to get SmartConnector Nuget

I have created an account in SmartConnectorServer, but how to get the Nuget?

I've manually added you to the nuget feed, you should have received an email.

I followed the Obtaining Smart Connector process in the Developer's Guide, and I authenticated with https://www.smartconnectorserver.com. I never received a response on "Send a request to become a SmartConnector Developer."

I also have a MyGet account, if that's needed.  Can you help me get access to SmartConnector's MyGet packages?  Thanks.
