Hi Mark, Mark Stemmler
I came acrros an issue yesterday. We provided our customers with a Claim Token for Fias license, however they were unable to donwload the license as the download button in local SmartConnector was not visible. Is there any way to retrieve the license with a Claim Token if somene does not have a developer account in Smart Connector Server or if the license they use is Commercial and not Developer one?

Hi Christia,
There are two ways that you can do this:
1. From the SmartConnector portal, go to the licenses page (Setup > Licenses) and click the 'download' button:
2. From www.smartconnectorserver.com, login and click on "License Depot'
As far as an account, you don't need a 'developer' account, just sign into www.smartconnectorserver.com with any credentials (Standard user account), you do NOT need to sign up as a developer in order to claim a license.

As mentioned above the download button was not visible in local Smart Connector neither the Claim button in Smart Connector -> License Depot.

From the 'SmartConnector Portal' perspective, the 'Download' button is only available if they have a internet connection that can reach www.smartconnectorserver.com.
From a SmartConnectorServer perspective, there was a bug, where we were only showing the 'claim' button to users who are part of a tenant. This has now been fixed! So he should be able to see this button now.

But the PC we were trying to obtain the license was the same we used to get the Smart Connector license from the online portal and where Christia and I were logged on to the SmartConnector online portal as well…

That is very strange.. Did you have any luck seeing the 'Claim' button in www.smartconnectorserver.com now?
