Hi,
I am trying the GET /AlarmEvents inside the swagger. It seems that the "State" field is always "2", no matter the alarm status - started or ended. Any idea why?
{
"AlarmId": "02/Server 1/Alarms/Electricity/Building 1/Change of State Alarm_copy",
"Acknowledgeable": 0,
"OccurredOn": "2018-10-08T06:51:59Z",
"LastTransitionedOn": "2018-10-08T06:52:01Z",
"Message": "Floor 1 - Lighting systems is OFF",
"Priority": 999,
"State": 2,
"Type": "",
"AlarmSourceName": "Change of State Alarm_copy",
"Id": "/Server 1|/Server 1/Alarms/Electricity/Building 1/Change of State Alarm_copy|cb261bf2-23a0-43d5-bce6-fa80dbac8979"
},
Thank you.
Mike

Hi Michael,
State '2' means "Acknowledged'. Can you send a screenshot of EBO and also the full reply from the REST endpoint. I have been testing it out locally, and I am able to get alarms with all the states.
Also if you could turn on EWS Consume logging in Smart Connector, we can see what EBO is replying with as well.
Best Regards,
-Jeff
