Our customer received the following error and the SmartConnector failed to start.
Error,Service,<no principal>,The underlying provider failed on Open.Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Server is in single user mode. Only one administrator can connect at this time.
Any idea what is the problem?
The error seems to be that your SQL instance is in Single User Mode, and there seems to be another admin user connected somehow. I would recommend using google to figure out how to change this.
