Hi,

One of the processes of our SmartConnector extension fails with the following error in the log file:

2018-09-03 15:42:06.7278,Debug,Processor,<no principal>,Processor UCME Alarm Push Processor Execute started,

2018-09-03 15:42:06.7757,Error,Service,<no principal>,HTTP could not register URL http://+:57621/DataExchange/ because TCP port 57621 is being used by another application.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

The process should discover all alarms defined in the controllers that are defined in the EBO.

The remote controllers are connected through a cellular GSM network. See the attached screen captures and log file.

Hi Michael,

It looks as though this error is related to an EWS server that is created in Smart Connector.

From my knowledge of your solution, you are not actually creating an EWS Server in Smart Connector, but simply consuming EBO.

Can you try the following:

1. Open Smart Connector Portal
2. Click on the EWS Servers tab
3. Delete the server that uses the port 57621 (If it isn't something you know you are using)
4. Restart the Smart Connector service.
