Our customers SmartConnector broke after windows update. And swagger documentation ULR returns following message.
He has checked that the service and endpoint is running and that the port is open.
I have had to log in and stop and restart the service via localhost:8082 both on the Endpoint and EWS server. Hope that helps.
This did not solve the problem, thanks anyway.
Customer whitelisted some IP addresses and did not contact me again. Maybe system updates enforced new firewall policies or something.
Edit the endpoint and click the 'validate' button. It looks like it doesn't like the IP address that you have configured for your host. It could be that the IP address of the server it is running on has changed.
I can't read your error message clearly, but we suffered a SmartConnector crash recently when a security update to the Windows server outlawed the use of http, swapping to https cured the issue. Maybe worth a look at this?
if there was a net framework update, roll back and try again.
