Hi,
I have made 3 different EWS services for one project and when I run it everything works perfectly with no issues, EBO connects to the EWS processors, gets the points, and displays everything perfectly but the issue starts when EBO is turned off for a few hours.
After it is started again the connection to the 3 processors have written to show disconnected, but the processors on the EWS are running fine with no issue when we go under hardware and just click on the same service even once, the service starts working again.
So I'm a bit confused, it doesn't seem to be a problem with the processors I have written but at the same time, the processor written by 3rd party and Schneider Electric are connected.
Though one major difference was I compiled my dll using version 2.5.4 while the EWS server is 2.4.38.
Could this be an issue or if you have faced similar issues and have found a solution can you please help me out?
Thank you.

Hi,
In your message somethings not fit right to me. You saying you have 3 EWS server then also saying you have 3 processor. This two are not same as you know. Processors are not communicating with EBO, Ews server is. So, if you are only mentioning about your 3 ews servers and they are always running with no problems, then everyting is right as it should be. Because whether EBO connected to EWS server or not, Ews server will run simultaniously and do what you want. But i guess what you want is see what is going on EWS server on the EBO all the time. Then i see no problem with ews side. your problem is keeping EBO online and connected to EWS.
I don't know if understood correctly and saying correct words. If these are not what you are saying then you should explain more to get solution i think.

generally speaking, if the sc service isn't running, you won't be able to login to the web interface.
set sc service to restart for all 3 failure options in its properties dialog.
try setting to automatic delayed start.
sc waits on sql which is also on a delayed start (in newer instances). if sql doesn't start, sc won't either.
