I had some errors initially, but the "Mutation Events Polyfill" extension worked in Chrome. I've attached a screenshot showing the extension in action.

Since some systems cannot or should not be updated, you need a good viewer for the "old" web stations.
In a protected environment, you can use a portable version of an older Chromium to run older web stations on Windows. Version 109.0.5414.131_Win64 works very well for me. Portable_ungoogled-chromium-109.0.5414.120-1_Win64
It's best to store it independently so that you never surf the internet with that version. Call it via an explicit link
Depending on the installation and environment, the following call parameters can be very helpful (but insecure):
--kiosk
--start-fullscreen
--ignore-certificate-errors --test-type
--autoplay-policy=no-user-gesture-required
