EWS server - it takes ~30 seconds until ValueItem's value is updated in the EBO's Watch pane

Hi,

When our EWS server changes the value of an ItemValues it takes ~30 seconds until the new value is updated in the EBO's Watch pane.

When I check the value in the EWS Server in SmartConnector's portal, the value is updated immediately.

Any idea why?

Hi Michael,

By default, EBO only polls for updated values from an EWS server every 60 seconds.

Please take a look at the properties of the EWS Interface in EBO and see what the value in "Value Poll Internal (s)" is. Feel free to reduce this down to something lower.
