Hi,
We have a SmartConnector extension that is receiving alarms (in real-time) from the EBO. We have a problem with EBO alarms that contains the "@(MonitoredObject->NAME)" in the alarm message field. See the attached screen capture.
So for example, if the alarm message is:
@(MonitoredObject->NAME) is in alarm
or the reset message is:
@(MonitoredObject->NAME) has reset
The Smart connector receives the text "@@(MonitoredObject->NAME) is in alarm" instead of D-TMP606-01-00 is in alarm".
Is there something we can change in our SmartConnector extension code to convert the @(MonitoredObject->NAME) to the same value that is displayed in the EBO watch window - "D-TMP606-01-00 is in alarm" or "D-TMP606-01-00 has reset"?
I appreciate a quick response since a customer is waiting for a solution.
Mike
