Difference bewteen APC UPS SMT3000RMI2U /2UC & 2UNC

Hello Experts,

First, please can some one help to explain the difference between these three model numbers of APC UPS.

1. SMT3000RMI2UNC

2. SMT3000RMI2UC

3. SMT3000RMI2U

Secondly, I specifically wanted to buy the SMT3000RMI2UNC  to use it to back up a Dell Power edge R650xs Server and switches/routers and i intend to monitor it remotely via a network card. However the SMT3000RMI2UNC is not available in my country hence, i was persuaded to buy the APC network management card 3 AP9640 and that it will work with the APC UPS SMT3000RMI2U since it has a slot for a card. I was told that once a card is installed on the SMT3000RMI2U model it becomes or achieves the same result like the SMT3000RMI2UNC. It this information correct and can i proceed to buy the SMT3000RMI2U hoping it will work with the NMC3 AP9640 without any problem? I will appreciate your advice on this matter.
