Hi,
One of our customer (Schneider Electric Sweden) is having an issue with SmartConnector. It is crashing with the error below. See also the attached log file.
An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details.
SHUTDOWN is in progress.
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'.
Cannot continue the execution because the session is in the k_ill state.
Any idea what is causing this?

This looks like a database connection issue. I suggest setting Smartconnector up with a user with SQL server authentication or take a look at this thread
If it has worked before and this is a computer managed by Schneider, it's possible that Schneider IT has revised security policies on the computer.
