Hello to all,
I am trying to understand the structure an alarm should have in the SmartConnector Db (I have already done it with success for EWSValueItems and HistoryItems). When I create an EWSAlarmItems i see in SBO the message attached.
I believe that this has to do with the transition model or another parameter in the system.
Can you provide me with an example to test before moving to the worker development?
Thank you

Hi Sotiris,
Sorry for the delayed response, I actually didn't even see this post until now.
It is hard for me to understand what is occurring here, how are you going about creating these in the database? Are you simply adding them via the Smart Connector portal? Or are you doing it via code?
If you are doing it via code, there are already functions you can use to add them to the database for you, so in theory you don't need to worry about how it looks in the database.
From the error in SBO it looks as though your Smart Connector EWS Server is responding with an internal server error. Are you able to turn on EwsServe logging, and see if you can see what this error is?
Regards,
-Jeff
