One of my clients has a mix of Siemens & SE, with EBO for the integration & overall front end.
I notice that when there's an alarm generated from Siemens & it's gone to an Alarm state of 'Reset', on right clicking the alarm object (in the alarm console) it presents a drop-down as below:
The thing is, there's no effect on the alarm object regardless of which available option you choose.
I've hunted through the help documentation without finding anything on this, and I haven't seen this dropdown with any SE equipment, only with this third party (Siemens) BACnet device.
Can anyone point us in the right direction please?
