migrate from Wiser first generation to wiser second generation

It 's necessary to have o tools that allowed to save the configuration of a  hub first generation to a second generation one. When you have more than fifty devices it take a long time and represent many risks of error.

Hi @nicdev007 & @lgo44 ,

The migration from one hub to another is not available, but this need has been identified and will likely be available in the future.

@lgo44 I fully agree!

I started a migration of a gen 1 hub yesterday but due to issues had to stop and reprogram the original hub gen 1 to leave the customer with a working system.

A simple software function to backup the hub 1 config, and load it into a hub gen 2 is essential. It could also be very usefull to save existing customer's configurations for future use if their hubs needs to be replaced.

Did you get any update on this since you posted?

Any other inputs from the community?

BR

Nicdev

@nicdev007 no signal from Schneider, this kind of tool is mandatory :

to save the current configuration

to migrate the system

It's unbelievable to have to migrate device per device, schedule per schedule....

Some competitors provide such a feature : Delta dore for example.

For the schneider electric guys no user will want to migrate from hub generation 1 to hub generation 2, to have benefit of using new feature or devices...
