I installed the "WISER KNX" App, version 1.7.3, on my new phone, the "ONEPLUS 11," and I've encountered a major issue: the application simply won’t start.
Upon launching the app, after correctly entering my credentials and clicking "Login," the app returns to the initial screen, where it completely freezes.
This issue only happens with the "WISER KNX" app; all other apps on my phone work perfectly.
The problem was present on "Android 13" and persists after updating to "Android 14."
The app worked perfectly on my old phone, the "ONEPLUS 6T."
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I hope that your issue is resolved as several new app versions were released since your posts. I closed it.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. My phone updated to Android 15 today, but nothing has changed, and I consider this a serious problem. I’ve now switched to Home Assistant, and everything is much more efficient and functional.
