Wiser 3 phase Power tag measuring half of the actual load
Hello!
I have a couple of Wiser power tags, 3 phase A9F63 flex 3 phase, connected to a Gateway.
The power tags are measuring exactly half of what I expect. For example if I, for the sake of testing, just plug in a 800W radiator over night and nothing else, I get readings of 400W instant power and 0.4kWh every hour. The same regardless if I configure the power tag as grid or something else.
One thing I have noticed, is that the power tag cables (which is powering the tag itself I assume) are not connected directly on the same cables that run through the tag, but on a separate power group. Not sure if that could have an impact?
I reside in Sweden, with a 230V grid.
Does anybody know what could be the cause of this issue?
