Weiser Hub having to be rebooted daily
We have the weiser home heating system with thermostatic valves on all radiators and a number of smart plugs we are using to boost the signal. We have had it installed for 18months with no issues but are now having to re boot every morning to get heating. The hub indicates that heating is on both on the hub itself and the app but is not initiating the boiler. As soon as I turn off power from boiler/hub and back on it fires up.
Any ideas what the issue may be as we are waking up to stop cold house every morning which is not ideal.
Thanks for your post. We identified some ways of improvement on the Wiser Hub connectivity issue. A new release version will be deployed in the coming days to solve such unexpected behaviour. Don't hesitate to share updates on your experience. BR David
