Sunrise and sunset programming

The application only proposes sunrise and sunset to launch shutter and light programming.
This is problematic because sometimes, depending on the room and its orientation, it's still daylight and the lights or shutters are activated too early.

Would it be possible to set a delay in minutes in relation to the theoretical time of sunrise/sunset?
Or a choice between dawn, dusk, sunrise or sunset?

Many people have already asked the same thing, without success...
