Room Thermostat Issues... Again
We have had many issues with our Wiser Room Thermostat, and recently it has started to go offline for no apparent reason. We have tried replacing the batteries, moving it closer to the hub, resetting the thermostat, but every few hours it will decide to go offline.
This follows problems several months ago when the thermostat started to randomly call for heating, even during the summer when no heating schedules were active.
We have raised these issues with both the technical team and customer service, but always seem to be fobbed off or ignored. Has anyone else had similar problems with their thermostat and any suggestions about how it can be fixed, and does anyone have the contact details of someone at Schneider who will care enough to help?
