Since hub updating to 3.10.8 and TRVs to ea60 "identify" feature inside the app stopped working.
Clicking button still shows modal in app saying one will see lights on TRV, but lights never show up on TRV.
I have 6 TRVs and "identify" stopped working on all of them.

I feel like this is a BUG as it used to be instant before and no one would be waiting for a minute staring at TRV for it to be identified 😄
Thinking about it, they should have implemented it the other way round, as in, press a button on the device and the app tells you which one it is. It would also ensure you were in the right room! 😲
(Being battery operated, these zigbee peripherals have to balance responsiveness against battery life - they spend a lot of time asleep).

I just tried on a selection of 4 iTRVs and 3 Roomstats - they all worked ... which I realise doesn't help you much.
Perhaps they've increased the time interval between devices waking up and checking-in for instructions? ... so, you need to wait longer than before? (Or, as in my first test, you're stood in the wrong room 😀 )
(I'd love to know why Wiser presents the firmware version no. in hex for end users, when it's in decimal (60000) in the programming interface. Support couldn't see any problem with that..).

You are correct - I've just clicked "identify" and kept waiting. It takes over 60 seconds before lights show up on TRV.
After clicking "ok" to stop identification it takes TRV about 30 seconds to stop lights.
I feel like this is a BUG as it used to be instant before and no one would be waiting for a minute staring at TRV for it to be identified 😄

It also takes a while for my TRVs to identify, but can accept that this may be deliberate in order to save battery life (TRV waking up every minute or so, as opposed to every 10 seconds). It does initially make you question whether the system is working correctly however.
