I woke this morning to a very cold house!
I couldn't see the hub in the app so I power cycled the hub.
After power cycling the hub is showing full signal in the app but none of the zigbee devices will connect to the hub.
I'm unsure if a firmware update has occurred, HA reports it all went offline at 0117 this morning. Hub is reporting 3.18.3 as the revision.
Anyone got any ideas how to recover this? I'm loathed to reset each device as its been working well for months.
No changes to anything have been made so this feels like either a failure of the hub or a firmware update.
Help!

I realise it's bad form to reply to yourself but it also annoys me when I find the exact same bug I'm facing and the original person has a fix but hasn't replied - so here I am!
I contacted support who had me remove each device from the room, reset and re-add the device. By keeping the room I was able to retain the schedule.
I'm back in the game - frustrating waste of time and that it was updated in the middle of the night but good that it's now fixed!

I’ve just had a similar issue. I did an update on the hub yesterday to get the smoke alarms to pair then realised the hub went offline over night. Please don’t tell me I’ve gotta do it all again. I’ve got 76 devices
