Hub wifi or network requirements
Hello,
I bought a used Gen1 hub, and was unable to get it connected to the home wifi (the app connected to the hub during init phase, but after configuring the wifi home parameters, it waited for a while and then said unable to reach the hub).
I was not sure of the issue and bought a Gen2 hub and I have the exact same issue. After configuring the home wifi, a red flash on the hub (wifi error?) and then a long delay before getting the same error message on the app, unable to reach the hub.
With that in mind, I suppose the issue is at my home wifi level and wonder if there are any requirements on the wifi configuration (my box is rather old, will change when we get fiber connection in few months) ?
