Hub weirdness

Hi there. Installed a new hub the other day and all seemed good. Wifi & 4g connectivity good, easy to use app, nice graphs etc...

However today coming home we went to turn the heating on in advance and no connectivity. Got home and all fine through wifi. Can see the stats etc. Jumped back to 4g and again no connectivity.

Tried deleting and adding a new account and now its not getting very far at all with the attached error.

Any idea what's going on? Looks like app/hub/cloud are having issues with connectivity. Wondering if the hub is still associated with my deleted account?

Otherwise I guess its a call to the helpline on monday.

hi @Mike_W  the cloud/remote services are down and we are working to get them back online. Your system will continue to function normally on your local Wifi.

That does sound plausible. At the time of writing, Cloud Services are OK - so it may have sorted itself out. If not Support may be able to untangle the duplicated accounts. Failing that, a Factory Reset (by holding the "SETUP" button) will do it ... but it's a bit drastic. (I bought a spare Hubᴿ from eBay that was still registered to someone else - they wouldn't delete the original account "without the explicit permission of the owner" (even though that 'owner' was now me!))
