I've had wiser installed for a couple of years with no issues.
The past few days the hub has started leaving the pump+boiler on, even though both hot water & central heating valves are turned off. Even if I set it to away mode it still runs. Sometimes forcing a heating boost and then cancelling it causes it to turn off properly. Last night I had to just unplug it at the mains to get it to stop even after the schedule set everything down to low.
This seems to me like a bad automatic firmware update or that sort of problem. Have there been any firmware updates or similar issues recently and if so how do I diagnose or revert it?

I am experiencing the same problem. The roomstat and iTRV's are all set to 16degrees, the temperatures of all zones is above 20degrees but the boiler is coming on continuously.
Have you been able to resolve this problem?
