Heating has mysteriously come on this morning

Raised with support but thought it might be of use in case its more widespread?

So, just got up and the heating is both on and on a schedule that I never set. Fortunately as I was in the house we noticed it and turned the schedule off and deleted it.
Looking at the graphs something happened this morning and suddenly the base temperature has jumped (firmware update?)

Hello,

How are you doing ? I was wondering if you could contact our technical support as it seems to be a bug: 0333 6000 622 or support@schneider-electric.zendesk.com

Thanks in advance,

Hi @Maude.wiser. I tried and failed to convince anyone that a schedule appearing out of nowhere was an issue.

infact it’s just this morning done it again. My default schedule has been overwritten.

I'm having the same issues.  Lounge heating comes on around half hour after retiring 11:00pm although it is off on the schedule for 10:30pm.. I hear the pump starting up in the hotwater  tank room off our bedroom. Can't miss it coming on!

I get out of bed put the app on only to see the flame next to the Lounge on the app. Schedule is ignored. Only had this in the last week or so.. never happened previously.

I lower the temp as it is not on a timed boost..

I found the lounge to be 21c this morning instead of the usual 17c. Waste of gas if this carried on.

I'll post back tomorrow on what effect removing the Smart Thermostat from Devices has overnight.

I am asking support for help now.. I have realised that the Lounge only comes on and , just to trial something I have removed the Smart room stat off the devices as it controls the two smart TRVs in the lounge and they are connected as a room.

I'll see what happens tonight.

well. I removed the Smart  Room stat from devices and i didn't hear the heating pump start up in the early night. I can't say for definite that I'd slept through it but the temperature in the lounge when i got up later in the morning it was 17c rather than 21c!

I'm going ot minotr it over the next few days and get back

Ah, slightly different to mine.

I had no schedules set at all and the controller decided I needed one.

Best raise a support ticket and they can check your logs

In my case the controller saw no default schedule so created one of its own. The fault went away after I added a default schedule and disabled it.

Whether this was a bug thats now been fixed or a known "feature" I dont know.

Hi.. the engineers at Schnieider looked at the data and it seems we did a manual boost late and didn't end it.. so it came to temperature in the lounge, went off and during the night when the temp dropped it came on again.. We're trying to keep away from manual temp boost now (LOL) and see what happens... So far so good.
