My Cloud Connext Gateway remote Power management portal has not worked because of connectivity issues with the cloud for 3 weeks + now. I have had zero communications from Schneider regarding this issue. My installer is the one that told me that the cloud connection has been down for all users.
when will this get fixed as I need this gateway for remote power observation and management
