ECO Mode

For the a time, rooms in my house used to regularly switch into ECO mode. But lately? I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw that happen—despite not changing much in the system. Then today, out of nowhere, all of the rooms flipped into ECO mode. Go figure.

Thanks for the reply, David, but I think you’ve missed the point.

 

I’m fully aware that ECO mode applies to all rooms in the system—that’s not what I was questioning. The issue is that, for a long time, none of the rooms in my system were entering ECO mode. I’m not sure when this changed, but throughout the entire winter, I don’t recall any room being in ECO mode at all.

 

Now, suddenly—since my last post—every room is going into ECO mode every night, even though the heating hasn’t turned on during the day. I’ve made only minimal changes to my setup, so this change is unexpected and unexplained.

 

What’s more confusing is that Insights+ isn’t reporting any savings from ECO mode, despite the fact that every room has been in ECO for at least two hours every night since my OP.

Hi @Fozzie1960 ,

I checked on my side and a correction on the Eco mode was done last week.

That is probably why you see a modification in the application but if you continue to have your rooms in Eco mode in the night, please contact our local customer support at : support@schneider-electric.zendesk.com or alternatively call us on 0333 600 022 (option 2, then 2) to analyze your system behaviour.
