You can update your Data Center Expert license quantity to make additional devices and surveillance cameras discoverable with your Data Center Expert license.

Update Data Center Expert License Quantity
In the Devices tab of mySchneider Software Management, select the license you want to update. Note: Each Data Center Expert device can only have one associated license, so it is important to note the Activation ID of the license you want to increase in quantity.
Navigate to the Licenses tab and select the Activation ID noted in step 1. From the Actions menu, click Increase License Quantity.
Update the Increase Quantity to field - enter the quantity of devices you want to be discoverable in Data Center Expert, and click Increase Quantity. Note: The credits consumed by the increase in quantity are adjusted proportionally to the remaining term of the license.
Navigate to the Devices tab, expand the Data Center Expert device, and click Increase License Quantity.
The new License quantity available is shown. Click Add License.
Navigate to the Devices tab and use the Action menu to download the offline license file for the amended license.

Renew a Data Center Expert License
To renew a Data Center Expert License:
In mySchneider Software Management > Devices tab, click the name of the device you want to renew. Make a note of the Activation ID (License Key).
In the Digital Vouchers tab, select the credits available to be used to renew the license, and click Renew/Extend License.
Select the Activation ID noted in step 1. Note: The Quantity displayed is the number of credits required to renew the license for the time period defined under Term Period.
Click Renew License.
Refresh the Digital Vouchers tab and navigate to the Consumption History tab. Once the license has a Completed status, you can navigate to the Devices tab and use the Action menu to download the offline license file for the renewed license.

The License Status column in the Secure NMC System Tool displays the date when your Secure NMC subscription will expire. If the icon next to the expiry date is amber, you have 30 days remaining in your subscription period. You can renew your subscription before this expiration date.
The email address provided in the PO to purchase the subscription will receive an email notifying you of your upcoming renewal, prompting you to log into mySchneider Software Management to renew your subscription. New users are prompted to register prior to logging in.
Once logged in, various options are provided to renew your Secure NMC subscription including:
Renew online via Schneider Shop
Renew with Digital Locker credits (associated with your mySchneider Software account)
Find a partner and request renewal
Email your preferred partner to request renewal
Post renewal purchase via online or partner, you’ll receive an email with a Digital Voucher code which can be redeemed via the Digital Locker. In the Digital Locker, choose to renew your Secure NMC subscription:
There is no option to renew once your subscription is expired - a new Secure NMC subscription with a new Activation ID must be purchased.
PowerChute provides a 60-day grace period after your license expires to allow you to purchase a new license. Once you have purchased a license, update your license details in the Renew License screen of the PowerChute user interface for continued PowerChute functionality. NOTE: PowerChute remains functional during the grace period.
PowerChute cannot perform graceful system shutdown if the software is unlicensed. It is highly recommended that you renew your license to prevent potential data loss.
To renew your PowerChute Network Shutdown license via my Schneider Software Experience:
In the Licenses tab, select the PowerChute License you want to renew and select Action > Renew License
You are provided the options to Find a Partner and Request Renewal, Contact Partner or Renew Online via Schneider Shop.
If you select Renew Online > Add to Cart, you are directed to the Schneider Shop where you can purchase the product directly. You will receive a digital voucher after your purchase.
If you select to renew via a partner, you will receive a digital voucher after their purchase.
Redeem Vouchers to renew your PowerChute Network Shutdown license.
In the Digital Voucher dialog, click Renew License with Voucher Credits
Select the Activation ID to be renewed.
Click Renew License.
When the license is renewed, the date of expiry is updated.
In the PowerChute Network Shutdown user interface, the license details are updated in the Help > License screen.
