Migration from Trio E-series to Q-series radios

Customer support question:

I know that the E-Series Trio radios are obsolete and that the Trio Q-Series have replaced them. So I'd like to know are the Trio Radio QR450’s compatible with the Trio EB450 & ER450’s? We'd like to migrate to the Q-series from an existing install base if thats possible.

Yes, the Trio QR450 radios can be set up to be compatible with the old ER450 and EB450 radios, by setting it up in “E Emulation Mode”. See the attached Product Migration Guide. See also part number TBURMNTKIT-ERQR, mentioned in the guide.
