JR900 Firmware Update - Hardware limitation

Hi,

Whilst updating firmware on a JR900 radio, it appears that some hardware limitations apply to the devices and some will not apply as the hardware 'will become inoperable' and will not apply.

Does anyone know of a matrix that shows the firmware vs hardware limitations?

Hello Paul,

This is a known issue with some older J Series radios. Please contact our Tech Support team, including the following:

- A screen capture of the error message

- Radio serial number (or numbers)

- Current firmware in radio

- Firmware version you are trying to upgrade to
