Hello dears,
I have installed SCADA Pack E-Configurator version 8.16.1,which is not opening (after first installation of windows, E configurator 8.19.1 works for some days after that stopped) now no any version is opening. My system configuration are as below.
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H2
Installed on 3/3/2022
OS build 19044.1586
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
I am getting below details in event logger.

I think you would be best to contact your local Schneider Tech Support team to deal with this issue.
These forums are more for community discussion of possible ways to solve engineering tasks using the Schneider products, and not for product support itself.

I contacted tech support but they just told me that it was a Windows error on my side but apparently I'm not the only one experiencing this type of issues. At least if someone created the topic, a solution won't hurt, I found this post thru google, it can be helpful if an answer is given.

Hello Community,
Yes, this issue is known to our support group and after their investigation, is believed to be linked to Windows updates.
However, I'm sorry to say that there is no known resolution for this issue and it is not likely to be investigated further at this time.
