send a direct closed command via fiber optic cable

Hello guys, I am using P3L30 and SEL311L. Has anyone used this relay by connecting it with a fiber optic cable and sending a command to closed it? Is it possible to create a connection between the following two relays? help me

Hello @John_Archer1 

It is not recommended to connect two different manufacturers' line differential relays, either for teleprotection or control. Compatibility issues can arise due to differences in the data formats.
