@Amr_Hesham ,

To put the P139 in Loading Mode by Frontal Panel, you need:

1 - Out of service the relay;

2 - Press the Buttons "i" and "R". The relay will enter in the Loading Mode;

3 - By Easergy studio, you need put the transfer Mode connections as Default connections and Donwload the file.

I suggest, between steps 1 and 2, to send to the relay the number of the custom bay type to relay (settings 220.000). I had a problems when I send this parameters after the download of BTC.

Regards

Hello @manhkhuong

You can create a customized bay by the Easergy Studio. For that you need follow some steps.

I have a guide that the CCC create to customers of Brazil and I will attach here. This guide is in portuguese, but is so graphic and easy...maybe you can use a translator for help you.

If you have any question or need help, please send me a message.

@Jean_Commeignes / @Omaelk , congrats for your action and knowledge networking.

Hi manhkhuong,

you need to get in touch with Karsten Kupke (karsten.kupke@se.com), responsible for the Operational Marketing of MiCOM P30, who is able to provide you with an internal license. For customers, this license is not free of charge, our price list shall provide a related price for it.

You cannot change IP from local HMI or with Studio (the "IEC: IP address" on HMI/Studio is just an information parameter ('read only')). Its value is set from the "IED Configurator" with Communications: IP Address, only.

Unfortunately, I have no experience how to do this via LAN port.

Once you have your device configured with valid IP address you could use Ethernet link for configuration transfer.

Which port are you connected to Eth A, Eth B or Eth C? The bottom one is Eth C and after cold restart it has to be 192.168.1.4. Have you tried this?

However please keep in mind that for BTC transfer you woud need front panel connection, file transfer mode which is used to transfer customised bay type, needs serial connection.

Hi @Chris_Bennauer ,

I followed steps in the video you prepared for BTC configuration of P139

Just got stuck at step 4"downloading using file transfere" and got the attached error massage, is it a common issue for BTC to happen as I tested the normal serial connection and it works just after switching to file transfer mode it doesn't work.

Dear @Amr_Hesham,

Is the relay you are working on the new P139 (black hardware)?

Before you downloaded the BTC, did you put the relay out of service? and put it also, through the front panel, in transfer mode?

Regards,

Dear FELIPE @Felipe.Cunha

yes It is P139 Black Hardware and I tried to put the relay  out of service and when switching the connection to file transfer (loading mode) - by setting it as a default connection - the attached massage appears but after testing the connection for sending BTC the error "msg id: -1029" appears.

Also how can I set the relay into transfer mode from front panel?
