Hello,
May i ask the need for this Reset to factory ?
From release 2.9.0, a "Default Configuration" function has been added (accessible to users with SecAdm role)
Warning: it seems the "stored configurations" are not deleted by this operation, only the active configuration is replaced by a default one. To remove completely the customer data, the stored configurations can be overwritten by saving the active one (= default after the previous operation) on all the storage slots.
If you have lost the access to the HU250 webserver, this is another problem. There is no way to recover. In this case, it is important to understand what has led to this situation. Please contact tech support (BFO / <global-na-tech-support@schneider-electric.com>).
Regards,
Mathieu.
