Sepam Error Code No.3

I've Sepam 87 for MV MOTOR  but suddenly I Lost all Temperature Signals and I found ERROR CODE NO.3 on Sepam and RTD Fault and also there is red led is on at the temperature module MET148-2. I just follow the manual instruction like:

1- Change the temperature module MET148-2 

2- Change RG45

 I made all of this but the error still, but when I disconnect all RTD Sensor from MET148-2 the error is gone but of course RTD Fault still there and when I connect one RTD Also still no Problem 

but when i add more than one the error come again

Please add of your explanation the setting file extract of the Sepam and the SAV report. I put in attachment the SFT SAV software to extract the SAV report.
