Saitel DP/ Saitel DR/ PowerLogic T300 - blocking remote command from upper lvl SCADA?

Hi everyone,

As one of the solutions, we use Saitel DP as an RTU for MV SS.

Ad its normal features:

* getting information from relays over communication  (IEC61850 most common);

* information by DI/DO/AI ;

* sending these information to the upper level SCADA system by protocol ;

* receiving commands from upper level SCADA. (IEC101, IEC104...) ;

And now we get to the main point. There is need that in some conditions like when main local/remote switch in SS is in LOCAL state, all the  commands from upper level SCADA that comes to Saitel should be blocked and/or not executed. Example: SCADA sends over IEC104 command to Saitel, and Saitel sends over IEC61850 open/close command to IED

So we have lets say digital input wired on Saitel that signals that main local/remote switch is in LOCAL, and we need to block remote commands  that comes  to the Saitel and/or to be executed to the IED.

Anyone done similar thing or any idea witch signal in Saitel can be used for this?

Similar thing can be for Saitel DR, or even maybe T300, as they are on same platform/software,

Best regards,
