Hello Community!
I need some help about Saitel documentation. Our customer wants us to present some documentation about the Check Before Operate (not Select Before Operate).
The Check Before Operate would be all checks the Saitel Platform executes (not in protocol level) before executing a command, such as: hardware integrity, communication failure, equipment position, etc.
Best regards,
Lucas Orlandini

Hello Lucas!.
Thanks for contact us.
As you can guess there is not only one document that mention "check before operate" because that depends on multiple factors like the source of the command and the final destination.
When the destination of a command is one of our SM_DO (SaitelDP) or AB_DO (Saitel DR) modules the hardware status is always taking into account before accepting or not any command from outside.
Local/Remote status is always considered internally to manage or deny any command.
Formulae/Isagraf is always available to customize the conditions to manage commands.
Many communication protocols consider quality bits before proceeding with commands as well.
Let me gather some documents to share with you.
