SFT2841

Hi,

i am having issues connecting the SFT2841 relay software to the S80 relays.

it only comes up with connection failed.

i have downloaded the software and tried it on my personal computer and it works, i am suspecting there is a block with the USB port itself within schneider processes. i assume others have had this issue in the past so hopefully you can help me with this.

i am currently on a Job and needing the access so if it could be treated as urgent this would be ideal

Hope you are very well.

It would be helpful to understand the issue if you share screen capture of the error you got as well as the port configuration, the cable references you are using and the S80 communication module reference too.

This information would assist on the troubleshooting of issue. I am not an expert on this product, however with this data someone else could contribute with comments.
