1. Test conditions

    1) Computer specifications: windows 11pro, 23H2, 64bit

    2) P5 relay USB communication connection completed

2. Confirmed matters

    - Control, Protection, and other Setting have no problem with modifications.

3. Questions

    - As shown in the picture attached above, I applied a voltage, but Virtual Injection does not work.

4. Request

   - I want to use the Virtual Injection job normally.

Normally there will be no compatibility issue for Easergy Pro running in Windows 11 OS.

The virtual measurement injection in Easergy Pro depends on the WinPCap tool, which can be installed when install Easergy Pro together.

Could you please check that?

1) whether the WinPCap tool has been installed successfully in your computer?

2)whether the NPCap tool is not installed in your computer? if NPCap is there, please remove it, and re-install the Easergy Pro with WinPCap, and PC reboot is required.

3) please make sure the firewall is disabled. (Trellix)
